The exterior changes made to the A-Class are very limited, and include the updated star-style grille, new headlights that can be selected with LEDs, four new wheel designs, standard LED taillights, and a new rear spoiler.

Several small modifications have been made to the cabin of the 2023 A-Series, where the 7-inch digital instrument cluster, the 10.25-inch infotainment display are standard but dual 10.25-inch screens are available as an option, and there is also a new flat-bottom steering wheel, a simplified central console without a rotary controller for MBUX, and turbine-inspired vents.

Petrol engines received light hybrid processing and operated with a seven- or eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission as standard, 48-volt technology provides an additional 13 horsepower (10 kW) of power at the beginning, and in the hybrid model, the electric motor now provides an additional power of 7 hp (5 kW) for a total of 107 hp (80 kW).

Owners can charge the battery with alternating current of up to 11 kW or DC at 22 kW, in which case charging takes 25 minutes from 10 to 80 percent.

Mercedes-Benz has also made changes to the standard components of the different trim levels on display, for example, standard models come with three-dimensional ARTICO upholstery embossed as standard while the progressive trim compartment is available in new black and grey.

The new dark-looking carbon fibre bezels adorn the instrument panel and door panels, while the AMG Line models feature glossy polished aluminum trims and contrasting stitching in red.

Progressive cutting models add things like LED headlights, lower back support, parking package, and mirror package as standard, and Mercedes-Benz has also combined functional features that are frequently requested together to simplify the customization process.
